It's too bad.<br /><br />You also seem to have forgotten the next verse in Acts 2, where Peter says: "This promise is to you and to your children."<br /><br />You seem not to have read much scripture, such as when Jesus speaks of 'these little ones who believe in me' or when David said that he learned to trust 'upon his mother's breasts.'<br /><br />If you are going to oppose babies being baptized because scripture is just a little bit silent on the matter, then you are going to have to be honest and admit that there are no verses that say that infants cannot or should not be baptized, or that infants were not baptized.
